Fremgangsmåde:

Kyllingbrysterne krydres og vakuumpakkes, hvorefter de tilberedes i en sous vide 1 time ved 61 grader

Rens grønsagerne og skær den i tynde og aflange stykke – undtagen champignon.

I wok’en varmes olien op, grøn karrypasta og kvast hvidløg steges.

Herefter steges grønsagerne først gulerødder, så peber og squash og til slut champignon.

Når grønsagerne er færdige lægges de i et fad.

Kyllingbrysterne skæres i tynde aflange skriver, og steges meget kort tid i wok’en.

Læg grønsagerne i wok’en til kødet og varm det hurtigt igennem.

Server med soya, kogte nudler, peanuts og rosiner.
